cgCommerce/Community Menu openly embraces 3rd party Developers with an API. We can't do everything. So if you can come up with a flash menu, better iPhone or Andriod App, more power to you. We'll be here to help! Also it is designed for POS venders to easily integrate POS with our online ordering. Imagine being able to offer menu generation and syncing with just the tap of a button!
API 1.0
Designed for internal use for development of Platform 2. The Internal API is written in Perl and returns results in XML. Currently it is available by request only. Please Email
support@communitymenu.com for access to the API documentation along with a developers key.
SOAP API
Should be available for beta testing by November 2009 for all developers.
RESTful API
Should be available for beta testing in Q1 2010 for all developers.
